New Students enrolling in this colleges are Not eligible for Work Permit
Public-private partnerships (PPP) or Curriculum Licensing Agreements in education generally involve collaboration between government entities and private organizations to provide educational services. These partnerships can take various forms, including the establishment of colleges or sharing resources while private organizations manage operations and curriculum.
As of 05 Feb, 2024 Canadian Immigration has made a change to restrict PGWPs for such PPP institutions. International students currently enrolled in the following private colleges will remain eligible for a PGWP if they meet other program eligibility criteria. However, new students enrolling in this type of program will not be eligible for a post-graduation work permit (PGWP).
